Tanners Wines approached 247 Commerce to support its growth and requirements, making it as easy as possible for online customers to buy great tasting wine, delivered in cases hand-picked by Tanners’ experts and shipped straight to their door. It also hoped to showcase its fine and diverse collection of wines, organised for customers so they can easily review and quickly finalise their selections.
The outcome? A user-friendly site with a crisp and clean interface along with effective payment integration for a great online shopping experience!
247 Commerce conducted a code audit along with fixes and completed the site setup making it easier to rollout new updates, features and security fixes to their Magento 2 platform. No more extended delays or complications with deployments to the live site, thereby avoiding site downtime.
Magento was selected as the operating SaaS platform of choice with a dedicated team of designers & developers researching the previous setup for a thorough understanding of the entire workflow along with any bespoke codes & extensions.
Moving Tanners Wines to a hosted AWS platform took one week along with a comprehensive testing/QA regime and the implementation of enhanced coding for the best customer experience. The project was successfully launched in Nov-2020.
